The "Candid" Stuff: From time to time in heavy traffic I get an impulse to drive someone off a cliff or drop into full throttle ramming speed. Kosher dill pickles and bacon make the world go round as far as I'm concerned. I think reality TV is completely unrealistic (and is making the world a dumber place). Nothing beats a pair of pajama pants and a cozy blanket. My death-row last meal would be eggs benedict, really (and I mean REALLY) fresh sockeye salmon sashimi, and a key lime pie. I'm a complete snob about beverages...especially wine, beer, and exotic teas. If I could open hand slap anyone without fear of consequence or retaliation it would be a tie between George W. Bush and Paris Hilton. I could talk about great music for hours...books and movies too. Kids with too much technological savvy scare me more than kids with guns. If you can't understand and appreciate the humor of The Big Lebowski, The Royal Tenenbaums, or Shaun of the Dead then we just simply can't be friends. And I firmly believe that there's no possible way that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.

The "Dating Profile" Stuff: I'm a single, successful, stable guy originally from Texas, but I have lived in quite a few very different geographies through the years. I travel a bit with my career a couple times a month so if you aren't near me that's not necessarily a problem. I'm interested in getting to know people of substance so I'm not going to let distance be an obstacle if there's genuine chemistry! I'm a big boy at 6'2" with very broad shoulders and a muscular/stocky build. I'm a spiritually grounded man (God is and always will be a significant part of my life), artsy, musical, intelligent, witty, socially conscious and politically aware.
